The Elematic EDGE Floor is a highly automated precast production solution for factories that require an annual production capacity of 150 000 – 800 000 m². It can produce a wide range product types: extruded or slipformed hollow core slabs, pre-stressed ribbed and half slabs with a width of 1 200 mm and a thickness of 120 – 500 mm, as well as T-beams.

As with all Elematic production lines, the EDGE Floor can be, and almost always is, customized to suit the needs of a specific factory.

The Elematic PRO Floor is the ideal choice when an annual production capacity of 100 000 – 350 000 m2 is required. It can produce a range of product types, including extruded or slipformed hollow core slabs, pre-stressed ribbed and half slabs 1 200 mm wide and between 120 – 500 mm thick, as well as T-beams.

As with all Elematic production lines, the PRO Floor can be, and almost always is, customized to suit the needs of a specific factory.

The Elematic SEMI Floor production line offers straightforward, easy-to-learn technology to produce high quality precast products with low operational costs.

The SEMI Floor is the wise choice when an annual production capacity of 35,000 – 150,000 m² is required. It can produce a range of product types including extruded hollow core slabs 1,200 mm in width and 120 – 320 mm thick, hollow piles, solid slabs and pre-stressed ribbed and half slabs.

As with all Elematic production lines, the SEMI Floor can be, and almost always is, customized to suit the needs of a specific factory.
