Lujabetoni, a third-generation Finnish family business, provides a wide range of precast concrete products, ready-mixed concrete and various infrastructure products. The company is a part of Luja Group which employs 700 professionals with 600 million euros of annual turnover.
With the investment in Järvenpää, Finland in 2018, Lujabetoni built the country’s largest precast factory as well as introduced a new Superslab to the local market.

Equipped with 4 x 132-metre production lines provided by Elematic and occupying an area of 30,000 square metres, the new factory is the company’s biggest investment to date. The 20-million-euro plant was designed with production versatility in mind. The factory is capable of producing Superslabs, hollowcore slabs, solid walls, wall panels as well as beams, columns and other special elements. Large infra products like concrete elements for bridges can be produced too.
The production lines can be changed from Superslab production to hollowcore overnight, and to beam and column in just a couple of days.
