The Elematic floating machine E9 is designed to smoothen precast wall panels. It is suitable for all types of wall production lines.

The floating machine E9 is an easy to use, mechanized method for smoothing precast product surfaces. The machine features a rotating mechanism with a rotating steel disc or floating blades that level the surface of the panel.

The half-portal or bridge-type Elematic frame caster P7 provided with sector gates is designed for dosing of concrete into beam molds and as intermediate concrete storage between the concrete transport line and the extruder.

The Elematic fresh concrete saw S5 is designed to cut (split) unhardened hollow core slabs lengthwise. The slabs can be up to 520 mm in height.
