Stresser P7
The Elematic Stresser P7 is a single stressing machine for pre-stressing strands during the production of prestressed precast concrete products such as hollow core slabs.

CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION
The Stresser P7-16 consists of a wagon with a hydraulic unit, a hydraulic jack suspended from a balancer on a pole and a remote control. The hydraulic unit is fitted with a manometer to measure the stressing force.
For products with long strands, several pulling cycles maybe needed. The unit must be calibrated before starting production.
BUILT-IN SAFETY
Like all Elematic machinery, safety features are built in. The Stresser P7 features a pressure regulating valve to limit the pre-stressing force and to make the process safer. It meets the EC Machine Directive requirements and comes with thorough, clear operator, maintenance and safety manuals in the required language.
