The Quality module in Elematic Plant Control is designed to manage product quality in precast wall panel production.
The module is also part of the WallMES manufacturing execution system within Plant Control.

The Quality module enables efficient management and development of product quality in precast wall panel production
The Quality module features digital quality forms and a quality check program that goes through panel measurements, tolerances and other panel-specific details.
The user can either accept or reject individual quality checks. If the panel is rejected, the user feeds in the reason for rejection, an estimation of the time required for the repair and a photo of the panel, and then approves the panel for the repair process. The user can also open the drawings and check the produced panel against them and check the mold of the panel and its accessories.
Digital quality control on mobile makes the process smooth and easy.
