The Elematic lift shaft mold is designed for casting passenger and freight lift shafts.

The lift shaft mold is a customizable product, and thus, the dimensions are adapted per each individual case. An example of a typical size for a passenger lift shaft is 1,1 x 1,5 x 2,98 m and for a freight lift the size is 1,75 x 2,4 x 2,98 m.
COMPOSITION
The lift shaft mold includes both the inner and the outer mold, which are made of steel. The outer mold consists of mold blocks. Axels are needed for moving and attaching the mold blocks. The axels, together with the conical shape of the mold, are the basis of the mold dismantling technology.
The lift shaft mold has a casting platform.
