Fresh Concrete Saw S5

The Elematic fresh concrete saw S5 is designed to cut (split) unhardened hollow core slabs lengthwise. The slabs can be up to 520 mm in height.

The fresh concrete saw S5 is an electrically and hydraulically driven machine. It is equipped with stepless splitting point selection and driving (sawing) motion. The splitting point can be selected over a range of 40 to 1160 mm. Power is fed via a cable on a cable drum.

Cutting fresh slabs is less time consuming than cutting hardened slabs, so the process proceeds faster, and it does not create as much dust or noise. Furthermore, cutting fresh slabs does not create slurry, because water is not used in cutting.

The Fresh concrete saw S5 is a cost-effective choice because saw blades last longer with unhardened slabs.

BUILT-IN SAFETY

Like all Elematic machinery, safety features are built in. The Fresh concrete saw S5 is equipped with a safety shield around the blade. It meets all EC Machine Directive requirements. The saw is delivered with comprehensive operator, maintenance and safety manuals in the required language.
