Frame line
The Elematic frame line offers a highly productive way to manufacture high quality prestressed or reinforced columns, beams, T-beams and L-beams that provide unlimited flexibility in design, shape and application. Beams and columns are produced indoors with high-strength concrete creating a quality, strong and durable product with no need for extra fireproofing.
The frame line covers the entire process from concrete batching to storage yard management. The line needs an area of 3,000 m2 for production, and the total land area required for the operation is 10,000 m2.

The frame line features a compact mold layout that makes beam and column length, width and height adjustment, reinforcement, and demolding fast. The typical number of parallel molds is 1-6 pcs and the length of the molds in 60-100 m; however, they can be adjusted case-by-case. The beds on the line can be 1.2 m to 3.4 m in width. Curing is speeded up with an integrated heating system installed on the casting bed for beams and columns. Heating on the line is based on hot water circulation.
The frame line is designed and manufactured based on the required dimensions of individual beams and columns and the total production capacity.
PROCESS DESCRIPTION
Precast column and beam production takes place in 10 functional steps:
- Batching and mixing
- Concrete transportation
- Mold preparation
- Reinforcement and furnishing
- Prestressing
- Casting and compaction
- Curing
- Demolding
- Mold cleaning and oiling
- Storing
The process starts with reinforcing and furnishing the beam and column mold. The reinforcement is placed in the casting mold. After that, the molds are cast with a frame caster P7.
The beams and columns are cured on the molds and then removed from the mold. The ready-made beams and columns are then transported to the stockyard with a transport wagon E9-40f and the molds are cleaned and oiled for next casting.
SAFETY
All machines on the frame line meet EC Machine Directive requirements. The line comes with thorough and clear user, maintenance and safety manuals in the required language.
