Floating machine E9
The Elematic floating machine E9 is designed to smoothen precast wall panels. It is suitable for all types of wall production lines.
The floating machine E9 is an easy to use, mechanized method for smoothing precast product surfaces. The machine features a rotating mechanism with a rotating steel disc or floating blades that level the surface of the panel.

The speed is adjustable using inverter technology, and the floating force and position of the floating blades are mechanically adjustable.

The Elematic floating machine is available in several variants: bridge-, half portal or full portal type. The type and span of the machine can be chosen according to production hall layout.
