Distributor P7

The Elematic Distributor P7 transfers concrete automatically from a shuttle to a casting machine and serves as intermediate concrete storage during precast concrete production.

By combining the Distributer P7 with Shuttle E9, up to 30 to 40 m³/h of concrete can be transported to the casting machine, depending on the length of the tracks. The combination is fully automatic, which improves safety during concrete transportation and decreases the number of personnel required.

OPERATION

The Distributor P7 can be used automatically or manually with a remote control.

In automatic operation, the bed to be casted must first be defined. The Distributor etches the concrete from the batching and mixing plant. It monitors the amount of concrete in the container of the casting machine and automatically doses the correct amount, keeping the casting machine running steadily.

BUILT-IN SAFETY

The Distributor P7 features safety buffers on both sides of the leg, safety sensors on both sides of the bridge and a safety ring around the bucket to prevent collision with any obstacles.

The Distributor P7 meets EC Machine Directive requirements and comes with thorough and clear operator, maintenance and safety manuals in the required language.

CONSTRUCTION

The Distributor P7 consists of a half portal gantry, a moving bucket, sensors and an automation system. Lifting accessories to lift the girders during installation are included. The Distributor P7 can also supply power to the casting machine.
