The installed Double Tees can be painted, but usually, they remain as is.

The slabs are usually manufactured with two standard widths: 2400 mm and 3000 mm. Elematic provides special molds for TT slab production. The units can also be manufactured in a smaller width to meet a particular project’s requirements. The minimum width is 1500 mm, and the standard height of 500 mm to 1000 mm. The standard TT slabs have a minimum fire resistance of 60 to 120 minutes.

Anchor rails can be cast into the soffits of the webs and holes formed in TT slabs during the casting. It is also possible to make circular holes in the webs to provide a passage for services. The slabs are also supplied with four cast-in lifting hooks, each over the line of the webs.
