Curing chamber

The Elematic curing chamber E9 is designed for automatic curing and humidity control of precast wall panels.

Lift E9

The Lift E9 has been specially designed for EDGE Wall production line. It moves cast tables into the curing chamber and the cured tables out.

Maturity Controller E9

The Maturity control E9 controls heating and follows slab strength development in precast concrete production, for both prestressed slabs such as hollow core and half-slab and non-prestressed slabs.

The curing process consists of pre-heating, curing and post-heating.

Tarpaulin roller P7

The Elematic Tarpaulin Roller P7 spreads tarpaulins onto slabs and winds them back onto the roller during precast concrete production. Covering the fresh slabs prevents escape of moisture and heat.
