First circulating line delivered to China

Chinese Shanghai Urban Construction Group has chosen Elematic’s circulating line for its concrete wall factory in the district of Pudong in Shanghai. The company specializes in engineering and construction for municipal public projects, highways, and housing. The new circulating line will be delivered during the first quarter of 2015 and will be the first in China to be based on central transfer wagon technology. Prior to the delivery, only four precast concrete wall factories of Western origin have been delivered to the country.

The new circulating line will have a remarkable effect on production efficiency and capacity: production can be boosted up to threefold. The new line enables workers to operate in one place along the line as the molds circulate from one worker to another.
