Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute business development and sales strategies to expand Elematic’s footprint across the UAE and Middle East.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Drive new business opportunities and sales, ensuring customer satisfaction through value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align customer needs with Elematic’s product and service offerings.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, track progress, and refine strategies for market penetration.
- Present and negotiate contracts, while building long-term client relationships focused on mutual success.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential customers.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a proven track record in the UAE and Middle East markets.
- Experience within the construction industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong ability to sell based on value and demonstrate ROI to potential customers.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to assess opportunities and track progress.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
